My Role:

Ecommerce Copywriter & Shopify Listing Builder

I audited existing product listings and rewrote the titles, descriptions, and structure to fix the specific gaps I found — missing details, weak formatting, and unclear benefits. Most listings were written from the seller's side, not the buyer's: titles buried the product's best feature, descriptions were dense blocks of text instead of scannable benefits, and several were missing the visuals a buyer needs to feel confident purchasing.

I approached each listing the way a buyer would — scanning it cold and noting exactly where I'd hesitate or lose interest — then rewrote titles around brand and benefit, restructured copy for scannability, added missing visuals, and rebuilt each listing live on Shopify so I could test the result myself.

Key improvements: Rewrote title & description · Added missing visuals · Restructured for scannability

Before: A silver jar labeled "Nourishing Vitamin Cream" is placed on a white background with a price of €17.50, featuring a calming facial cream description beside it.

After: A collage showing a silver jar of vitamin night cream on a soft green background, accompanied by fresh ingredients like lemon and wheat, and a serene woman applying cream to her face.

From Missing Details to Buyer-Ready Listings

Nourishing Vitamin Cream" became Kalinka Nourishing Vitamin Cream — Antioxidant Night Cream with Carotene, with ingredients, benefits, and how-to-use instructions added where none existed before. The hydrangea listing got the same treatment — restructured with clearer product info and supporting visuals so buyers have what they need to purchase with confidence.

The image shows a before-and-after comparison of a product listing for a "12 Inch Blue Real Touch Hydrangea Bundle (4 Stems)," with the "before" side featuring a single image of the faux blue hydrangea bouquet and pricing details, while the "after" side showcases a redesigned layout with multiple product images, detailed descriptions, and purchasing options.
