Haneul Skin — Klaviyo Email Marketing

Full Klaviyo Setup — Sign-Up Pop-Up, Welcome Flow & Abandoned Cart Flow

The image shows two side-by-side emails displayed on a screen: the left email is a "Welcome to Haneul" message with a floral logo, focusing on care and growth, while the right email is an "Abandoned Cart Flow Email," reminding the user that a product is waiting for them, both set against a subtle marble background.

My Role:

Klaviyo Flow Builder & Email Copywriter

Haneul Skin needed a complete email marketing system to turn new visitors into subscribers, and subscribers into buyers — without existing flows, forms, or automations in place. I built the full Klaviyo setup from scratch: a branded sign-up pop-up offering 10% off, a 5-email Welcome Flow, and a 5-email Abandoned Cart Flow, each written in a warm, calming tone that matched the brand's "Calm · Care · Glow" identity.

The Welcome Flow includes a short quiz to help segment subscribers by skin type, along with a personalized discount code for each subscriber — both tested and working.

Branded Sign-Up Pop-Up

Turning Visitors Into Subscribers with a 10% Off Incentive

Built two complete automated flows in Klaviyo — a 5-email Welcome series introducing the brand and easing new subscribers toward their first purchase, and a 5-email Abandoned Cart series recovering carts with a gentle, non-pushy tone. The Welcome Flow triggers on sign-up and spans 7 days, ending with an offer reminder; the Abandoned Cart Flow triggers on checkout start and spans 4 days, moving from a gentle reminder to an urgency-driven final email.

Both flows are live, sending, and verified — shown here as actual received emails in Gmail, dated and timestamped, not just drafts inside Klaviyo. Beyond the flows, I also planned and built a multi-email campaign series across two discovery kits, Centella and Rice Ceramide — pairing lifestyle imagery with each kit bundle and a clear "Place an Order" CTA.
